I provide compassionate and empathetic therapy for individuals navigating life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, stress, and women’s issues. I have a special interest in working with parents of neurodivergent children, recognizing the unique joys and emotional complexities that accompany raising a child with autism or ADHD, or both. Many parents experience stress, emotional exhaustion, and advocacy fatigue as they navigate challenges that are often invisible to others. My goal is to provide you with a space that is entirely your own, where you can speak openly, process your experiences, and receive support without judgment.
