About Tyrone

Hello, I’m Rev. Tyrone D. McDuffie Jr., Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, New Mexico, and Washington, and founder of Counseling Care Center. I bring over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, with a focus on stress management, anger management, trauma recovery, and faith-based counseling. As a U.S. Army veteran and Rev. in the AME Church, I understand both the struggles and strengths that come with service, faith, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and practical-I believe in giving clients the tools they need, not just “talk therapy,” so that growth and healing become real and lasting. I am also a certified stress management, anger management, and sleep management instructor, and I’ve had the privilege of leading workshops and training programs for over 10 years. Whether through one-on-one counseling, group classes, or faith-based support, my goal is to meet clients where they are and guide them toward balance, resilience, and renewed hope. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing helping you move forward with confidence, strength, and peace. Read more Show less
