About me

Hello, My name is TyLisa Mitchell, and I am here to assist you with the ever-changing structure of daily life. I have extensive background in working with children as well as adults facing challenging times throughout their lives. We all have those days and times where we can’t quite figure out what is going and what to do next. If this is you and you’re looking for someone who is well versed and dedicated to the profession of helping others, look no further. I am here to assist you with choosing a new pathway that best suits your needs. I have worked in many diverse backgrounds, and I am multiculturally competent. I am an ally to all walks of life. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to create plans to retrain our thinking and perspectives, also I have completed many certifications towards being trauma-informed ( trauma focused Cognitive behavioral therapy certification in progress), just one example. I’d like to consider myself very eclectic and I’m willing to meet you wherever you are, to determine your specific needs for a successful and healing treatment process. I’m looking forward to working with you!!!
