I am a licensed clinical therapist in California with 21 years of professional work experience. I believe strongly in understanding the connection between our physical and mental health. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy that is values-driven, mindful of our individuality and culture, and emphasizes the importance of physical health and lifestyle to direct appropriate treatment plan. I utilize DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution focused, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic modalities to treat a broad range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, adjustment and problems with mood. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
