About me

Thank you for reaching out! I believe that mental health IS health and wellness is the center of my practice. I work collaboratively with all of my clients were YOU are the captain and I am merely your compass. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning that I use the most effective form of proven treatment I believe will work best given your unique needs and goals. The most common techniques I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but I am also trained in Narrative therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy, and Creative therapy (treatment using art and exploratory writing). I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and have been practicing for over 10 years. I treat a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, LGBTQA+, gender identity/expression, self-esteem, and communication and relationships. Come see what compassionate, affirming counseling can do for you!
