I am a Clinical Mental Health counselor licensed in Utah with over 13 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, self-esteem, co-dependency and addiction. My counseling style is open and non-judgmental. I believe therapy can be life changing with trust and understanding. My goal is to assist each person with individualized treatment to improve their overall functioning in life.
