About Travis

I'm a counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life changes. My approach is grounded in understanding how these struggles interconnect. I specialize in helping clients build self-compassion, improve communication, and discover greater purpose and direction. I'm particularly skilled at supporting people working through social anxiety, panic, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and the complexities of divorce and separation. Beyond emotional challenges, I recognize that life obstacles often extend to practical concerns-including financial stress, workplace dynamics, and coping with chronic pain or illness. I also work with individuals managing ADHD and impulsivity, helping them develop strategies that work with their unique wiring. My style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you access your own wisdom and resilience. I'm here to support you in moving toward greater authenticity, connection, and peace. I am most inspired by the theoretical framework of Carl Jung, Thomas Moore, James Hillman. Taking the step to seek support takes real courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you. Read more Show less
