Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first steps towards reaching your goals. I am here to help you become better equipped with appropriate coping skills to handle each day with confidence. I want to help you foster your personal growth and development by listening with empathy and an open mind. We will work together to develop an appropriate plan to get you closer to your goals. I received my Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2010 from Florida Atlantic University. I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from group counseling to inpatient therapy. I have been a telehealth provider since 2019 and thoroughly enjoy the new direction of therapy. My primary areas of focus are anxiety and panic disorders. I also can help during life transitions and periods of adjustment. I use a variety of techniques and interventions to make the most of our time together which will stem from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my family.
