About me

I am Christian license and Marriage Family Therapist in North Carolina with 8 years of professional work experience as an LMFT but with over 25 years as a Social Worker and Human Services Professional. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. As a Christian my belief is to “Seek First the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything else will be added”. This provides the foundation for a strong biblical therapeutic relationship. You taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Please allow the Lord to guide us in our journey towards what God has for you.
