About me

Imagine a world where everything is perfect. Life is great; no worries, no stress, no DRAMA!. Now wake up! Life isn’t easy. The fears, worries, trauma, and relational issues we carry day to day can keep us from living our lives to the fullest and reaching our full potential. Sometimes we feel our lives are spiraling beyond control. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe space to process life transitions, explore feelings, identify your life’s purpose, and help you live the abundant life destined for you. My service to children, adolescents and families in a variety of capacities for close to a decade helped shape my empathetic, client centered approach to therapy. I offer life coaching for those who have goals but struggle to meet them due to life’s challenges and barriers. Together we will work to gain positive insight and learn healthy coping strategies Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and I would like to help you navigate through it. Our time together will be in a safe and confidential space that will allow you to learn, grow, heal, build and excel through life’s transitions. You deserve it!
