About me

Hello, my name is Tina Green. As someone who believes deeply in the importance or self care and personal wellbeing, it is my pleasure to provide counseling services to those seeking to improve there lives through meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and Virginia. I have experience helping clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I use a combination of therapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing, and solution focused methods. With me you will receive treatment that has an emphasis on your strengths, needs, and abilities. I work with my clients on building self-esteem and learning the healthy coping skills necessary to manage psychological stressors. I will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan based on your treatment priorities. I believe that therapy should be driven by the client’s needs, so I will work with you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself in a judgement free and compassionate manner.
