About me

Hello, my name is Tim Taft. I am a licensed social worker in Washington State with 3 years of professional work experience. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2018 with a Master of Social Work, and since then have been providing mental health services and therapeutic interventions for adults. I particularly focus on helping clients with issues related to motivation, self esteem, and confidence, but I have experience with a broad range of personal and interpersonal challenges. I am glad that you are here – you are taking the steps to find some extra joy and light in your life, which is often both challenging and rewarding. For myself, I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I try and respond promptly to any messages within 24 hours, with the exceptions of weekends, during which time I will try to get back to you promptly the following Monday. I look forward to working with you!
