About Tiffany

I am a licensed independent social worker with eleven years of diverse experience in hospital-based and crisis work. I have worked with clients experiencing suicidal crises, depression, anxiety, anger issues, substance abuse, and with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, OCD, Schizophrenia, and eating disorders. I also have formal crisis training and nine years of experience working on a suicide crisis hotline for individuals experiencing acute suicidal crisis. I blend cognitive-behavioral and crisis-based approaches to my work. I believe in the benefit and efficacy of therapy for all individuals looking to process through past experiences, current struggles, or trying to implement change for the future. I practice with an empathetic, accepting, and sensitive approach. I treat each interaction as unique, and delve into each client's experience to tailor the approach. By taking this initial step to seek out counseling services, you are moving in the direction of a brighter future. I look forward to working together to achieve the best possible outcome through this therapeutic process! Read more Show less
