About me

I am a licensed professional counselor and approved licensed professional supervisor in West Virginia with over 8 years providing individual and group therapy in various settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, managing moods, life stressors, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I am certified to work with clients that have experienced trauma. My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic counseling. I use a holistic variety of approaches to address each client’s specific concerns/needs. My passion is to help others gain a better insight and understanding on themselves, overall improve well being and develop skills to utilize in different aspects of their daily lives. Therapy is a collaborative journey and I look forward to working with you!
