About me

Greetings, I am a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working with adults, families, and couples. I have worked with individuals and families from many different backgrounds experiencing a wide range of concerns including, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, gender dysphoria, relationship problems, sexual orientation, and various traumas. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Community Psychology in 2005 and my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2014. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Michigan. I have experience working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, substance use, hospice, an in-home case management. My counseling style is to approach each person with compassion, respect, and empathy. I enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of life by creating a safe, respectful, and judgement free space. I believe that people are the expert of their own experiences and will work with you to discover your own path toward growth and healing. I look forward to providing you with the support, compassion, respect, and empathy you need to grow and heal on your journey.
