About Terri
Hello, and welcome. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel big and sometimes overwhelming. My hope is that this brief introduction will offer you a sense of who I am and how I might walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minnesota, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, adolescents, and families. My background includes working through a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the deep emotional weight of grief and loss. In our work together, I strive to help you recognize your inherent worth and rediscover the strength that already exists within you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative-we'll take things one step at a time, working at a pace that feels right for you. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect; sometimes it just takes the strength to begin the first few steps. I believe that healing happens in safe, open spaces, so I’m committed to creating an environment where you feel truly heard, seen, and free to express yourself without fear of judgment.
