About Tara

Hey there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues such as communication improvements, conflict resolution, reconnecting, intimacy challenges, and self-discovery both with yourself and your partner. I also have experience working with stress, anxiety, coping with life changes, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a laid-back, casual, and fun counselor who is deeply empathetic. I utilize the Enneagram personality test and am currently working on getting certified with the Gottman Method (a couples counseling technique). I will work with you to come up with the best treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I look forward to supporting you on that journey! Read more Show less
