About me

Are you feeling stressed, defeated, or overwhelmed? Sometimes, we find ourselves feeling “stuck” and unable to move forward—or in any direction. Feeling as if you’re going nowhere, despite energy output, can be discouraging and defeating. Trust me, I understand. Everyone encounters challenging times in their lives. I think we can all agree that you never know what life will throw at you. The journey to healing can be lonely; but I am here to walk with you every step of the way. I can assure you that I will provide a safe place for you to express yourself, free from judgement. My therapeutic approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered and solution focused therapy to appropriately tailor to individuals needs and goals. I believe in helping individuals gain awareness and insight, encourage action, foster healing, cultivate change in their lives, and supporting them as they work toward their desired outcomes. I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, providing treatment in a variety of settings. I pursued an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. As a licensed therapist, I place a strong focus on identifying the most appropriate and effective clinical treatment options for individuals.
