My name is Tanisha Winfrey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience. I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University. I have a bachelors in Sociology and Masters in Social Work. I provide non-judgmental and caring approaches with all clients to help you work towards your goals. I provide a safe space where you can feel open to sharing life experiences. If you are currently facing difficulties or just want to express yourself, feel free to schedule an appointment with me. I have worked with people facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, homelessness, and people living with HIV. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy to assist clients who are facing these challenges.
