About Tamolyn

I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and hold a current License with the Minnesota Board of Psychology. My approach in working with people is to try to help them understand how thoughts, behaviors and emotions interact and to look for ways to re-think the situation, create new behaviors, and to improve their emotional state to allow for better coping mechanisms. I like to work together to define the issues and establish goals toward resolving them. Along the way we would keep checking in about the difficult emotions that may come up during the process and look for ways to deal with them. I also like to help people look for ways that they can use what is being learned here to help when other life issues arise (as they always do!). Read more Show less
