About Taminesha

Supporting people through life’s challenges is deeply meaningful to me. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals across the lifespan and provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we simply need someone who can help us make sense of what we’re experiencing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship or family changes, major life transitions, or the everyday challenges that come with life, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Post University and my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Capella University. My professional experience includes working in crisis intervention, community mental health, residential treatment, and healthcare settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients through both immediate challenges and longer-term personal growth. My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment and where you can develop practical tools to better understand yourself, manage challenges, and create meaningful change. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients recognize their own strength and resilience. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Wherever you are in your journey, we can work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you want to build. Read more Show less
