I am licensed counselor licensed in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have worked with clients from the ages of 3-80 and have treated a wide range of concerns including ADHD, ODD, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety, Traumatic experiences, etc My counseling style is pleasant and goal oriented while focusing on each individual client’s goals. I believe the capacity for change exists within all individuals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I will adjust the treatment plan to meet your needs.
