About me

Hello! My name is Sydney, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I am the assistant director at a children’s behavioral health clinic. I also work at a non-profit hospice providing bereavement and grief recovery services to patients and families. I am always appreciative and humbled by the vulnerability people are willing to share with me to better process and explore issues they are wanting to work through. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning that my clients are always the experts in their lives, and I am simply a facilitator and guide to help them navigate challenges, reach their goals and utmost potential. I work from a systemic lens of therapy by observing relationships in the context of relational, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual contexts. I look forward to getting to know you and work with you!
