I am licensed in Wyoming and in Florida with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life and relationship changes. I have been part of the Military Community and have extensive experience working with Military members and their families. I have provided clinical supervision for other Mental Health Professionals and presented and consulted in both the United States and abroad concerning the provision of mental health services. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
