About Stacey

My name is Stacey, and I'm grateful to journey alongside you as we navigate this season of life together. Whether you are walking through recent stressors, or have felt stuck in the same cycle for decades, I believe it’s never too early or too late to experience greater freedom. There are seasons in all of our lives that feel heavy, uncertain, or hard to carry, not because we’re “weak”, but because life can be so hard! In those moments, my heart is to offer a compassionate presence where you can sort through your thoughts and emotions, make sense of what feels tangled inside, and find clarity and healing. I enjoy blending approaches including cognitive and relaxation strategies, IFS therapy, and EMDR therapy (I am EMDR certified) which is effective in treating a variety of emotional challenges and traumatic experiences. In addition, Christian Counseling is one of my greatest joys and passions, as it incorporates Biblical principles with therapeutic strategies. If you are ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’d be happy to meet for a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss how I can support you. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
