About me

I am what I’d like to call a person-centered licensed professional therapist; I tailor the treatment modalities/interventions to the person. I love what I do because I love interacting with and helping people. I’ve been in the psychology /counseling field for over 25 years. I am certified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy). But most importantly, I have a strong desire to see people happy and functioning at their desired level.
