About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 26 years of experience working with children, couples and families with trauma histories living in residential and community settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) techniques to address the diverse needs of my clients. My counseling style is based upon the needs of my clients. I can be supportive and also challenging when needed to address the barriers that are keeping you stuck in the same place. Recognizing that you need help to overcome challenges in your life is the first step to making changes. I’m here to help you get started on the road to living a happier, healthier and satisfying life. I look forward to working with you to meet your maximum potential.
