About me

Self doubt? Is my marriage headed in the right direction? Why do I keep picking the same relationships? How do I balance work, family and still remember who I am? Have I gotten lost in the shuffle of life? Parental stressors? If some of these statements resonate with you or have been questions that you have considered but not sure how to proceed, lets chat. As a Marriage and Family Therapist my goal is to work with individuals, couples and blended families to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for healing to begin. Therapy is a big step for some and I offer a comfortable, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive atmosphere as each client has their own unique story. I got into this field because I have first hand knowledge of some of the struggles we encounter. Whether its low-self esteem, depression, parental issues, questioning your career as a female professional, learning the dynamics of marriage or trying to juggle the unspoken rules of a blended family, we can develop a plan specifically designed for your growth and healing. Everyone walks through life with a different story and my job is to meet you exactly where you are.
