With over 20 years of combined experience begining on suicide prevention, DV, and community hotlines, in hospitals & clinics, all levels of mental health and addiction treatment centers, palliative and hospice home care, along with extensive education, certification, & training; I have learned and loved to coach, advocate, educate, counsel, & inspire healing. Populations I'm experienced with are first responders, service members, aviation professionals, teachers, survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault, elderly, and overwhelmed care givers, though I love growing with many. Specializations are trauma/PTSD, anxiety/depression, grief/bereavement, addiction/codependency, relationship/attachment issues, health/wellness, and cultural humility/awareness. Practice modalities used are EMDR, ACT, CBT, MI, IFS, EFT, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Strength's Based, and Solution-Focused. I stand by personal and professional values of authenticity, courage, integrity, and compassion. I stand by the ethics of the National Association of Social Work. As always, it remains my passion, mission, and joy to witness others expand & I am fulfilled by continuing this journey with you. I love taking my dogs for runs/walks/hikes, doing yoga/reiki/meditation/breathwork, dancing, riding my motorcycle, being in nature, and spending time with my loved family, friends, colleages, cats, and farm animals.
