About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Nebraska with 23 years of experience. I have done both office-based and home-based counseling and have worked with a range of concerns–addressing everything from codependency to anxiety to depression to Al-Anon issues. My counseling style is based on person-centered therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and your perspective is critical to resolving your issues. Showing respect, empathy, and compassion to all people is of the upmost importance to me. However, my main theoretical approach stems from the Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic school of thought. It takes courage to seek assistance help you are struggling with life’s stressors. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully providing the support you need to resolve any matters that are causing you distress or emotional pain.
