About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware with 10 years of professional work experience. My primary clinical focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience anxiety (such as, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias), obsessive-compulsive disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and clinical depression. Additionally, I have experience treating a variety of clinical issues including ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders as well as trauma and relational issues. I’m trained in evidenced- based treatment practices and incorporate the latest trends into my practice. I have received specialized trainings and incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities into treatment including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My objective is to help clients establish meaningful goals that enable them to live in accordance with their core values. Let’s take that first step today and begin your therapeutic journey!
