About me

I believe all people have the ability to change. You may be seeking help as you are wondering if that statement is really true. Maybe you know it is true and are just not sure how to start. You have come to the right place. I want to be straight forward with you. Though change is possible it should be no surprise, it requires work. I would like to help you on this journey. I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri with over 16 years of experience. I have helped those with emotional or behavioral problems, addictions, mild to severe mental illness, trauma, family problems, and daily life stressors improve the direction of their lives. I have worked in a behavioral health facility, addiction treatment centers, a jail setting and private practice. No matter the problem or the setting I have enjoyed walking people through difficulty to point their lives in a better direction. I currently own and operate Shepherd’s Touch Counseling. I am a Christian with a strong faith in God. This influences my view on mankind and my desire to show care and compassion for all people. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to change.
