I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, Kansas and New York, and a board certified Tele-mental health counselor. I have been treating clients in a variety of settings to include forensics, foster care and adult mental health. A variety of mental health concerns that I address include, but are not limited to, sexual addiction, anxiety, depression, phase of life problems, relationships issues, nutrition/exercise, and other mental health concerns. I utilize various counseling theories and techniques to tailor each session to my client’s needs. I believe in a holistic and natural approach in order to have a balanced life. When or if desired, physical wellness can be a focus as I have personal training experience. Christian counseling is also available to those who desire this as well. Each person that enters counseling in my practice is considered unique and will be treated fairly without fear of judgment.
