About me

Hi my name is Shan Croft, and I am a licensed therapist in Georgia with 8 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a multitude of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationship issues, career challenges, and other life challenges. My therapy style is collaborative, direct, supportive, and solution focused. My goal is to help clients connect and re-frame the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that could be acting as barriers to a satisfactory life. I believe in showing all individuals respect, sensitivity, and empathy. My therapy approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. I will customize our dialogue to meet your specific therapeutic needs. If and when you are ready to take the next step towards promoting your healing. I am here to support and encourage you on that journey. I look forward to working with you! **Note to Clients: Sessions are either 30 minutes long or 45 minutes. I have session times blocked off for 45 minutes on my calendar however, if you do not need the entire 45 minutes for a session then it is perfectly okay. I am flexible to accommodate to if you need a shorter session.
