With over twelve years of experience in providing therapeutic interventions and consulting, I aim to provide guidance in areas where stagnation or obstacles hinder clients from performing at a certain level of normalcy. My counseling style is more of “let’s have a conversation.” I am a bit intrusive, pushing beyond the “one word” responses to delve deeper into the nature of concern. Notice I always say concern or issue and not problem for we are not trying to “solve problems” but address arising worries. Describing me is authenticity, honesty, a sense of humor, professional and sincere care for my clients. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness specializing in mental health, relationships, family therapy, fitness/nutrition, and much more. It is imperative for clients to understand they are a part of process included in therapy to not only feel better, but to also maintain a certain level of health through self-care once sessions are completed.
