It’s exhausting to feel like you always have to hold it together. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, men’s issues, and relationship struggles. I especially enjoy working with men ,and women who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, isolated, or unsure how to move forward while trying to balance expectations, relationships, work, school, and personal identity.
