About me

I have been a social worker for over 25 years. I have worked with individuals, couples and families, to help them better manage life stressors, such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, faith transitions, communication issues and relationship issues. As a therapist, I help people learn new skills to better manage life changes to better one’s overall well-being. I offer individual, couple and family sessions using evidence based practices (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness) to help achieve one’s goals through therapy.
