I am licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania with 9 years of professional work experience working with children, families, couples and individuals. I have been a meditation teacher for 20 + years and have extensive training in somatic therapies and working with anti-racism and intergenerational trauma. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
