I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), currently licensed in the state of Oklahoma. I have over 20 years of social work experience, with nearly 4 years in clinical practice. I have experience in helping adult clients cope with stress and anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, health changes, caregiving issues, abuse and neglect, and depression. I have extensive experience in working with seniors, and with adults of all ages with disabilities. I strive to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach generally combines elements of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
