My name is Sarah Wright and I am a clinical social worker licensed in the state of Florida with over 15 years of experience providing clinical services and supervising mental health and substance use services in the states of Massachusetts and Florida. I am a person of faith and can incorporate religion and spirituality into treatment, when it may be beneficial to my clients. My therapeutic style is person-centered, and my approach is flexible and holistic. I utilize motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT skills as my primary modalities. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, trauma, addiction, Bipolar Disorder, relationship issues and thought disorders. I enjoy working with my clients during their personal recovery journeys, and watching them grow and experience personal healing, success and achievement.
