Hi there! My name is Sarah McCumiskey and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I would like to offer you my assistance and will do so from a compassionate and existential approach; I will allow you to guide my understanding of you and your goals and/or issues you would like to address that has you seeking on-line counseling. I have developed my experience and expertise in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment as well as outpatient substance abuse treatment and my own private practice. My experience has allowed me to hone skills necessary to help in the treatment of Mood and Anxiety Disorders as well as substance abuse related issues. I offer therapy related to grief and loss issues in addition to life stages changes and everything in between.
