Hi I'm Sarah, a licensed professional counselor in Texas with 14 years of experience counseling teens and adults. My sessions consists of evening and weekend appointments to conveniently work with most work schedules. I have experience with a variety of topics including: stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, concentration and focus (adhd), and relationship issues.
