About Robin

Hi, my name is Robin Hausserman, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have the good fortune to work in a field that is dybamic, due to the because of the people I meet. I am honored to share time with people like yourselves who want to explore something about their lives that is causing stress, and/or a range of feelings that are acutely or chronically difficult to experience. Our work is to explore what doesn't seem or feel right, and sort out I As a licensed therapist in California, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on understanding each person's unique journey, how their early years set the stage for the kinds of coping strategies we needed when we were young, but as we grow and develop, may not be the ones we need to move on in life and relationships. My expertise lies in helping people understand how their histories impact current issues of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. I find it critical for each person to set their own pace in the healing process, as moving too quickly can lead to feelings that are overwhelming and make it hard to function. I'm deeply committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth. My therapeutic work focuses on helping individuals work through communication difficulties, social anxiety, life transitions, and emotional healing. With extensive experience supporting diverse populations, I offer specialized support for women, men, veterans, and individuals facing workplace stress, midlife transitions, and complex emotional challenges. Our time together is about discovering and truly appreciating who you are, what you have experienced, how you've responded to those experiences, and the what if any and how that has influenced you and the choices you've made, and how all of this your choiclearning how to appreciate yourself, and all empowerment, resilience, and supporting people as they rediscover their inner strength and appreciating how sense of purpose.
