About Robin

Hi, I'm Robin Bailly, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Idaho with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and rooted in both evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. My expertise is in working with adults experiencing symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life changes. I draw from modalities such as EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based coaching to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience and navigate challenges with more clarity and confidence. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I offer a safe and grounded space for reflection, healing, and growth. My clients describe me as intuitive, calm, and collaborative. I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s rooted in trust, authenticity, and nonjudgmental support. Taking the first step toward healing takes courage. I'm here to walk alongside you-at your pace, and on your terms. Read more Show less
