I am licensed in Michigan with 34 years of clinical and academic experience. I received an MA (Counseling) from EMU, PsyS (Clinical Psychology & Education) from The Michigan School of Psychology and a PhD (Counseling Psychology) from the The Union Institute. In addition, I have 4 years of specialized & advanced training (certificate in Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with children, adults and adolescents) from the Samaritan Institute and the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute. I have experience in helping and treating clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
