About me

We all move through life’s journey through many diverse paths with unique challenges. I see my role as one who may be able to help my clients crystalize what is getting in their way of feeling successful and confident. I have had my own practice which included clients the were children as well as married couples. I have worked for a mission in Detroit to conduct intake interviews with the homeless to assess their needs. For over 39 years I have worked with students and families to sort out their paths and to help each entity assume control over the best path to follow. I am genuine and straightforward using client centered therapy as my core. I continue to help past students who are well into their adult years overcome obstacles and reshape their goals. I will listen intently to what you have to say and also to the way you say things. The difficult parts of our lives are difficult enough and speaking about them can be challenging. I will endeavor to earn your trust and patience while we examine the issues you find before you.
