About me

Hi- I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 10 years of experience helping people to close the gap from where they are right now and where they want to be in the future. I have worked with young adults and their families navigate anxiety, anger, depression, relationship and life transitions. I have also worked with youth and adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD). My counseling style is understanding and warm. I believe in meeting people where they are to help them reach their goals. My area of specialty is combing traditional talk therapy with mindful practices. I offer a holistic, compassionate approach and utilize cognitive-behavioral approach, which includes focusing on the connection between our thoughts and behaviors, developing problem-solving and other necessary skills. It takes bravery to identify the need for help and to take the steps necessary to obtain that help. If you are ready to begin your journey, I am here to help you. I look forward to meeting you!
