About Renee

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas with over five years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I am so glad you are here. I’ve worked with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, work place issues, parenting concerns, juvenile justice system, anger management, major life transitions, substance use, and so much more. My approach is warm and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy which means I focus on helping you build practical, real-life tools to improve your daily life. My goal is to truly listen, understand your experiences, and work alongside you to create a plan that is personal to your specific needs. Whether you’re going through a hard time or simply want to grow and find more balance in your life, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you, encourage you, and help you at your own pace. Small steps can lead to meaningful change and you’ve already taken the first step by being here. Take a deep breath and let's schedule. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
