About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have over 13 years of experience working as a counselor and over 18 years of experience as a social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting issues, ADHD, relationship issues, career difficulties, grief, loss, and bereavement. Whether you just need someone to talk to or need assistance with a specific problem or concern, we can work together to meet your needs. My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship that is not only respectful and compassionate, but also productive and enlightening. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and psychoeducational therapy. We will work together to explore problems and concerns, and develop goals to address those problems. I look forward to working with you!
