About Rebecca

My name is Rebecca, I have been working with youth for over 20 years and I recognize that while each family has different values and challenges, the road to adulthood is challenging for everyone from time to time. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve supported teens facing a variety of concerns, including academic motivation, anxiety, depression, changes in family dynamics, college and career goal setting, grief, parenting conflicts, relationship issues, self-regulation, and trauma recovery. Together we will identify areas of focus, create therapeutic goals, then develop steps and strategies to achieve those goals. Based on your goals, this is done through either a Solution Focused CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, or a Trauma Focused approach. I look forward to getting started. Read more Show less
